Patrick Rondeau

Patrick Rondeau has served on the Bose Board of Directors since 2013. He has been self-employed as an attorney since 2010, with Bose Corporation and its affiliated entities as his sole client.

Patrick’s favorite Bose product is the SoundLink Flex Bluetooth speaker, which he and his wife use for great-sounding music on-the-go while they travel.

From 1984 to 2010, Patrick was a corporate lawyer with the firm of WilmerHale (formerly Hale and Dorr), where he served as a senior partner beginning in 1992 and as vice chair of the corporate department from 2003 to 2008. His practice concentrated on financing, M&A transactions, and corporate governance issues.

Patrick received his law degree from Harvard Law School and he holds a bachelor of arts degree from Williams College.
