Quiet, intermittent or poor sound quality from one speaker

If one of the speakers in your product cuts in and out, is of low volume or produces poor sound quality, try the following:

Reset your product.

Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.

Check the balance control in the computer or application sound settings.

In the sound settings of the computer, there is a balance control to set if sound is heard more from one speaker or the other. Be sure this is set to the center/nuetral position. Additionally, many applications that play audio also have audio adjustments. Check the app sound settings as well for a balance control.

If the issue occurs with a certain source, select it below for more help.

The built-in AM/FM radio
