We endeavour to deliver your order within 5-7 working days.

For multiple products purchased at the same time, you will be charged the postage and packing amount for the individual product with the highest postage and packing cost.

Product must be returned in its original condition.

Warranty

We offer a two-year guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship. If your product is not satisfactory in accordance with the terms of the warranty, please contact Bose Customer Services on 0808-1688-572 or write to sales_support_uk@bose.com, unless the product purchased is a Premium product: in this case please contact directly the authorised reseller elected as a service partner.

Limitation of Liability

These limits do not supersede your statutory rights. For products purchased on this site, except for claims of personal injury or death, the maximum liability of Bose shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Bose shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

Installation of Premium Products

An installation should be elected with the purchase of a Premium product. This installation will be performed at an agreed date between the elected authorised reseller and you.

UK Customers

If you purchased any Bose® product in the UK from this website, any contract between us will be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract. All dealings, correspondence and contracts between us will be made or conducted in the English language.

You may have other rights granted by law and under the website and these Terms and Conditions of Sale do not affect these.
