With Alexa, you can ask to play music, hear the news, check weather, control smart home devices, and more. Alexa lives in the cloud and is always getting smarter, adding new capabilities that are delivered to your product automatically. Using Alexa on your product is simple and we'll show you how. Alexa isn’t available in all languages and countries. Alexa features and functionality may vary by location.

Products you have added in the Bose app can be unlinked from your account. This helps organize the app if you no longer own or use a particular product.

Learn how to set up your product, connect components and enjoy the benefits of all its features.

Your headphones include both touch control and physical buttons. Use touch control by swiping or tapping the touch surface of the headphones. With touch control, you can play or pause audio, skip forward or backwards, change the volume, and perform basic call functions. Buttons have default functionality such as noise cancellation levels and voice assistant, but can also be customized in the Bose app.

Your product remembers the last several Bluetooth devices it was connected to so that it can quickly and automatically reconnect to them. Removing this device memory forgets all remembered devices and allows you to start a new list of devices by connecting the ones you want remembered.

You can give your Bose product a different name. This can be helpful, for example, to identify your product when multiple Bluetooth® products are listed in an app or device menu.

Deepen your connection to the world around you with Spotify. Easily get the audio you want—and need—in an instant.

You can mute the microphone using the headphones themselves instead of relying on your phone.

If you have an Apple iOS device, you can close your My Bose account from the Bose app (this option is not available for Android devices). Closing your account will delete your entire My Bose account. You will not be able to access any Bose services or applications where you sign in with that account. This includes the SoundTouch app, the Bose Connect app, and the Bose app for smart soundbars and speakers. You may also lose some features of your Bose products that require these services or applications.

Setting up the Amazon Alexa voice assistant allows you to easily control your Bose product by speaking to it. Find out how to link your Amazon and Bose accounts to start using Alexa. Or, if needed, find out how to delete Alexa from your Bose account.

Find out how to quickly power on your product when you're ready to use it and power it off when it's not in use.

Find out how to log in or log out of an account using the Bose app.

The free Bose app lets you set up your product, configure its settings, control streaming music, and more, all from your mobile device. Find out which Bose products work with the app and how to get it.

Your Bose ID gives you access to many of your Bose apps, and services such as Bose Smart products, SoundTouch products, Bose Hear products, and My Bose account access on Bose websites.

The Bose app widget allows you to quickly view product information like battery level and software version as well as change settings like modes.
