Using Amazon Alexa
With Alexa, you can ask to play music, hear the news, check weather, control smart home devices, and more. Alexa lives in the cloud and is always getting smarter, adding new capabilities that are delivered to your product automatically. Using Alexa on your product is simple and we'll show you how.

Set the Voice Assistant button to Amazon Alexa
Before you begin, make sure your mobile device is connected to a Wi-Fi® or cellular data network.
- Open the Bose Music app. Connect your headphones to your device and select them in the app
- Tap Settings > Voice Assistant, and select "Alexa." You may need to tap "Setup and Settings" below Alexa to setup your headphones in the Alexa app
Using the Voice Assistant buttonThe Voice Assistant button is used to control Amazon Alexa. It’s located on the right earcup.
