Cannot connect to Wi-Fi network
If your product is unable to connect to your wireless router for Internet access:
Here are some things to know:
- For Wi-Fi connectivity, the Bose SoundTouch pedestal that was included with your system must be connected to power and the Bose link port on the back of the Wave system.
- Your system must be within the wireless range of your wireless router or connected wireless extenders (if in use).
- Mobile hotspots are not recommended since they can have limited or inconsistent performance.
