Power light won't turn off
If the power light on your speaker does not dim and continues glowing brightly after you press the Power button to put it in standby, try the following.
Check for an install any available speaker updates.
This light behavior was changed in firmware version 10.0.22. Once updated to this version or newer, the light should dim while in standby.
Reset your product.
Much like rebooting a smartphone, your product might need to be reset on occasion to correct minor issues. For more info, see Resetting your product.
