Resetting your product
A reset can reboot your product or it can clear locally-stored product settings, such as paired device lists. Find out which option is available to reset your product.
Restore the factory settings of your speaker.
This erases all settings and returns your speaker to its default out-of-box state.
- Power on your speaker.
- Press and hold the Power
button for about 10 seconds until the Bluetooth® light blinks blue and a voice prompt instructs you to select a language.
