Using multiple Bluetooth connections

Multi-point is a feature that allows your product to connect to more than one Bluetooth device. This is useful to switch between two smartphones without disconnecting and reconnecting each time.

Connecting additional devices:

While other Bose Bluetooth®-enabled products typically remember eight devices, this product remembers seven devices (the eighth memory location is reserved for the left earbud). Only one device can be connected at a time; Multi-point connections are not supported.

To reconnect a mobile device stored in the headphone pairing list:

  1. Press the Bluetooth® button to hear which mobile device is connected.
  2. Press the Bluetooth button again within three seconds to connect to the next mobile device in the headphone pairing list. Repeat until you hear the correct mobile device name.
  3. Play audio on the connected mobile device.
