Reset your system by unplugging the power cord for five minutes. When you reconnect power, the system should emit a startup tone within 10 seconds. After the tone, wait 30 seconds and turn the system on
Note: The light on the front of the system should be solid green when it turns on
Be sure the power cord is secure in the wall and in the back of the system. The power cord is designed for a very snug fit in the back of the system to ensure a solid connection. The cord may appear to be fully inserted, but you might need to apply additional pressure to seat it completely
Check to make sure the product is connected to a working outlet. If the system does not emit a tone when plugged in, try the outlet with another device, such as a lamp. If necessary, plug the system into another outlet to make sure the issue is not the outlet
