Sound troubleshooting
Applies to:

- QC®20 headphones – Samsung and Android™ devices
- Make sure the headphones are powered on and securely plugged into the headphone connector on your device
- Try another StayHear+ tip size
- Try another device or music application
- Make sure the headphones power is switched on and the green mode indicator is on
- Try another StayHear+ tip size; Make sure the tip sits comfortably yet securely in the bowl of the ear
- Ensure that headphones are properly charged
- Be sure you're using an Apple device with headphones made for Apple, and an Samsung/Android device for headphones made for Samsung/Android. The microphone will not work if you are using the wrong headphones with your device
- Be sure the device is not muted. Check the device to see if the mute functionality has been enabled
- Check the cellular reception of the phone. A poor or weak connection to the cell service could cause poor audio quality while on a call. Try the call again when the reception improves
- Power cycle or reboot the device. The device may have malfunctioned and might need to be reset
- Try another phone call or device
