Your serial number is typically a 17-digit number. It can be found in a few different locations:
Near the USB port. To view, unzip the cover
In the Bose Connect app, select the gear icon (Settings) > Product Info. The serial number will be listed under Product Details. Speaker must connected to your device
Located on the original packaging below the bar code
