My system will not turn on. What can I do?

Try plugging the system into a different wall outlet

If the system is plugged into a power strip, try plugging directly into a wall outlet. The power strip could be faulty

Try a reset. Unplug the system from power and remove the battery located in the bottom of the system. Wait 60 seconds. Reconnect to power and try to power on the system
