- Try plugging the system into a different wall outlet
- If the system is plugged into a power strip, try plugging directly into a wall outlet. The power strip could be faulty
- Try a reset. Unplug the system from power for 60 seconds. Remove the battery. Plug the system in without the battery, and try to power on your iPod®
- If possible, try another source using the AUX jack or try another iPod. The issue may be specific to the iPod you’re using
