Playing an iPod®

Your SoundDock Portable digital music system is ready to use as soon as you plug it in.

Insert the iPod into the docking station on the front of the system

Select a song to play from your iPod

You should hear the music immediately

the + and - buttons on right side of the speaker or the + and - buttons on the remote control allow you to adjust the system volume

With the SoundDock plugged into a powered outlet, your iPod will recharge when you have it docked in the system

Note:

When earphones are plugged into your iPod, sound comes from both the earphones and the system

iPod navigation controls are fully functional while your iPod is docked in the system

The iPod Click wheel changes the headphone volume only. It has no effect on the SoundDock system volume
