No audio from microphone

- Be sure your phone is not muted. Check the phone to see if the mute functionality has been enabled
- Check the cellular reception of the phone. A poor or weak connection to the cell service could cause poor audio quality while on a call. Try the call again when the reception improves
- Power cycle or reboot the device. The phone may have malfunctioned and might need to be reset
- Try another phone call or device
