My headphones will not pair with my NFC-enabled device

If you're having trouble connecting your headphones to your Bluetooth device using NFC (Near Field Communication), here are some common steps to try:

Make sure your Bluetooth device supports NFC. Refer to your device's documentation to see if your device supports NFC

Unlock your device and turn on Bluetooth and NFC. these are typically found in the device's Settings menu

Tap the NFC touchpoint on your Bluetooth device to the back of the inline remote. Your device may prompt you to accept pairing

Note: You may have to move the inline remote to different areas of the device to find the nfc touchpoint. It may not be directly in the center of the device.
