Gently wipe the outside surfaces of the headband, headband cushion, side pads, connectors, and plastic parts using a soft cloth moistened with water and mild soap. Take special care when cleaning the ear cushions and the outside surfaces of the earcups. Do not immerse ear cushions in water or any other liquid.
Caring for your Bose® product
To clean the ear tips, remove them from the earbuds and wash them with mild soap. Make sure you thoroughly rinse and dry them with a soft cloth (allow them to completely dry before reattaching them to the earbuds).
Remove the windscreen from the microphone as described in Replacing the microphone windscreen. Wash the windscreen by immersing in mild soapy water. Rinse, air dry, and reattach the windscreen.
