Changing the dock adapter

Applies to:

SoundDock® 10 system

The SoundDock 10 digital music system is ready for use with an iPhone® or a variety of iPod® models.

If you prefer to use the dock adapter included with your iPod:

Make sure the power cord is disconnected from the AC outlet

Lift up the back edge of the adapter and remove it from the dock. You may need to insert a thin, nonmetallic utensil into the slot to provide the required leverage to lift the back edge

Insert the appropriate adapter
