If you are unable to connect a Bluetooth device (i.e. mobile phone or tablet) to your Bose product, try the following:
Cannot connect a Bluetooth® device
Applies to:
- QuietControl 30 wireless headphones
- Bose Hearphones
- On your device, turn Bluetooth off and then on again
- Delete your Bose product from the Bluetooth list on your device and connect again
- Power cycle or reboot your device
- Move your device closer to the headphones and away from any interference or obstructions
- Try connecting your headphones to a different device
- Clear the headphone pairing list by following these steps:
Power off the headphones
Press and hold the Power/Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear “Bluetooth device list cleared”
On your device, delete your Bose product from the Bluetooth list and connect again
